This tool does not replace a doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.

It provides general guidance based on official NHS and NICE information. It cannot diagnose conditions, prescribe medicines, or make clinical decisions.

If symptoms are severe, worsening, or you feel unsafe:
Call 999 immediately or go to A&E. For urgent same-day advice, contact NHS 111.

Document integrity notice: This document includes an internal integrity indicator based on its text at the time of creation. If the wording is changed after generation, this indicator may no longer match.

Some questions may be suitable for NHS Pharmacy First. Where appropriate, the system may suggest speaking to a community pharmacist.

Questions are processed securely to provide guidance. This service does not sell personal data or provide medical records.

This application uses publicly available NHS and NICE guidance under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

All source material remains the property of the Crown and/or respective publishing bodies.
